Swift Auto Collision Proud New Participants in the CertifiedFirst™ Network of Quality-Rated Auto Body Repair Centers.

 

 

Swift Auto Collision recently became an approved participant in the CertifiedFirst Network of quality-rated auto body repair centers.  This means that Swift Auto Collision is now authorized to display the designation of the CertifiedFirst Network and offer motorists the added confidence that comes with independent, third party verification of quality standards.

 

Independent verification a cornerstone of program

To be eligible, Swift Auto Collision had to demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction as measured by Customer Research, Inc., utilizing a methodology developed specifically for auto body repair.  In addition, auditors from Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) inspected Swift Auto Collision and determined that it met or exceeded the Network’s standards for repair equipment, technician training and facilities.  “We are proud to be a participant in the CertifiedFirst Network” said Sam Silverman, President. “This is further proof of our dedication to customer satisfaction.”

The CertifiedFirst Network is a nationally co-branded auto body repair program developed by the Automotive Refinish unit of PPG Industries to designate high-performing body shops in North America. 

 

Participating shops must maintain above-average levels of customer courtesy and quality standards, and offer a written guarantee on repairs. The premium finishes applied by certified technicians at these approved shops have been evaluated by the Good Housekeeping Institute and have earned the Good Housekeeping Seal.  Field Representatives from Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) annually inspect each shop to verify that the Network’s standards for repair equipment and personnel are met. Approved shops in the CertifiedFirst Network are evaluated annually by Customer Research, Inc. to verify that customer satisfaction standards are being met.
